Okay friends, Thanksgiving is NEXT week so I’m certain that many of you are already planning your menus.
I have some of THE yummiest, simplest, and most crowd-pleasing Thanksgiving side-dishes planned for you this week… so yah might want to wait a few more days before your dinner plans are set in stone.
I believe fully that we can satisfy ALL of our holiday cravings + stay healthy throughout this season (I’m gonna prove it to you!)
Parmesan Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients
1.5 lbs fresh crisp, green beans, ends trimmed
2 Tbsps avocado oil, or olive oil
2-3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f.
Add ALL ingredients to large mixing bowl, and gently toss to coat the beans well.
Spread green beans onto a large rimmed baking sheet, in a single layer.
Roast for 15-20 minutes in your preheated oven, or until crisp tender.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
